About the Company

- Supplier or factory audit and evaluation
- Inspection during production
- Post-production inspection
- Container loading inspection
- Inspection and audit of machinery and industrial production equipment
Client Cooperation
To ensure the timely and efficient delivery of our services, Silk Road Inspection clients must submit inspection requests well in advance (at least two working days before the desired inspection date) and provide all relevant specifications, information, and samples related to the shipment.
Clients usually know their products and market requirements, as well as specific brand-related needs. These requirements and specifications must be included and sent to us.
It is also essential to coordinate the timing of Silk Road Inspection personnel’s arrival at the supplier or factory premises to ensure the availability of staff and equipment necessary for the inspection.
About the Service Provided
The inspection process relies on the expertise of the inspecting engineer and, most importantly, the information, specifications, and requirements provided by the client. Therefore, clients must attach all necessary details, samples, and requirements to complete the inspection according to their specifications.
The inspection is conducted according to international standards using statistical sampling, where a random sample representing about 3% of the shipment is selected.
For machinery and industrial equipment inspections, please contact us to arrange the inspection and provide additional instructions that apply to importing machinery and production lines to ensure the best quality.
All data, information, photos, and video clips will be included in the inspection report delivered to the client.
Silk Road Inspection acts as a consultant, not an insurance company. Clients seeking guarantees should contact a suitable insurance provider.
If Silk Road Inspection is held liable for claims related to loss, damage, or expenses, its liability to the client shall not exceed ten times the total fees paid for the service.
Silk Road Inspection does not repackage goods after inspection; this should be done by the supplier.
We accept cancellation requests until 4:00 PM (China time) on the day before the scheduled inspection date.
If the service at the factory is canceled (due to the client’s or supplier’s decision or incorrect information provided to Silk Road Inspection), the company will issue an invoice for incurred expenses, including the engineer’s travel costs and daily fees.
Silk Road Inspection is committed to exerting its best efforts, due diligence, and the necessary skills to perform its services effectively.
